Ashley Roque

Ashley Roque is a dedicated communications professional with a diverse set of skills and five years of experience counseling clients and providing integrated and strategic recommendations to meet business objectives.

Ashley creates opportunities for brand storytelling by developing culturally relevant social content and targeted media relations outreach that are informed by research and audience insights. Her experience spans social media, influencer relations, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) counsel, U.S. Hispanic strategy, corporate communications, crisis management, and reputation management. She’s worked with clients in the Consumer, Food and Beverage, Restaurant, Retail, Telecommunications, Automotive and Healthcare industries.

She also serves as the Diversity Champion and manages the Alfred Fleishman Diversity Fellowship for the Dallas office, where she leads internal programming development to cultivate meaningful conversations with her colleagues and strengthen the team’s ability to counsel clients. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Miami and now lives in Dallas, TX.
